this level is reminiscent of a sad childhood, where the entity is depicted as a teddy bear that was thrown away by the child remembering his sad life. the entity will turn into a small, normal teddy bear (the only one not broken)
and if you try to catch it, it will turn you into a teddy bear and tear you to shreds; in fact, all the teddy bears on the ground are corpses of the people who tried to catch the the entity as a teddy bear
