--- It would be an incredible option for people who have Colors 3d for Nintendo 3ds (since Nintendo will be removing the online service this March) and also for those who for some reason cannot use their Nintendo Switch or the Colors Live program. I honestly wish I could have it on my phone or tablet, but the current version is very old and doesn't work properly on new devices - please consider picking it up, even if it's just a small update to get it working decently. There are many of us who are interested in it :(

I will miss you on here T0T I'm still happy that I'll b able to see your artwork on Insta still though :'D I hav the colorslive app for my mobile too but yes, its not up to date and its kinda hard to use :sweat_smile: I hav a built in stylus for my phone so I still doodle and draw on my phone but I use other art programs on there ;w; If they would update to the newer version, I can see myself def switching back since colorslive is still my fav art program ^^

It's really sad to see you go but you've made some amazing art on here and I really think that you've done amazing I hope that you have a good time drawing on other places I love to be able to follow you on Instagram when I get it and I hope that you keep drawing and staying safe!!!

I am not sure if you have tried the Android version, but it may be worth using the demo to find out if it works on your particular tablet. @Gaz_bell @mcollins and I all use Android. In the case of Gaz bell he has a note with S-pen. I have used an LG Stylo and currently use a Moto G stylus. My wife and one of my daughters also have a Moto G Stylus, while another daughter uses the Stylo. All paint on colors with them.
It is certainly not a perfect app, but it is rather comparable to the 3ds, minus the 3d effect, and with better screens, and pressure if your pen supports it (the S-pen does, the LG Stylo and Moto G stylus do not).
In recent times it is not on the app store, but Jens still had an alternative download source recently when I asked about it on the Colors discord.

Now if by upgrade you just mean you want the new features, yes, that would be handy.
I assume you meant Android tablet by tab, but there is also the windows Beta which works great with pressure as well if it is a drawing tablet or screen based tablet.
@Madwurmz uses his Cintiq brilliantly, and I have used a Huion tablet on Windows 10 and 11.

Also, depending on the features there are a few things to tweak on the Android app. Make sure permissions for storage are given for export and video.
If your pen does not support pressure be sure to turn off pressure or transparency will not work correctly.
Some will not support video well, with it not creating the video in the desired spot, but you can then find it as a temp file in the colors file tree.
There is an annoying bug where your paintings do not save in order all the time, and I am not aware of a fix for it, but you get accustomed to it.

Hopefully we can announce more about a mobile port not too far into the future.
