he's inspired by 2 old not ded anymore OCs of mine
He's the very first assasin Zero created. Zero couldnt brainwash him but he still commanded him. After only 3 assassinations, 01 left Zero.
He wanders around Muryo, watcing over the other assasins, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8....9 interests him the most
after 9 also betrayed Zero he started to stalk him.
He saw how great he became, he hopes dats he can also be an inspiring leader.
