Central Alto Pokédex #102 - Seraphtry by LooneyWizard
The first of a series of seven extradimensional Pokémon, known as the 'Seven Emperors', all based of one of the 10X Number monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. Seraphtry's signature move, Celestial Arrow, is a base 75 power Fairy-type Special move with 10 PP that never misses and removes buffs.
The other six, and their evolutions, invoked via the Chaos Emblem, will be posted later on as this series progresses.

While it has Technician as its ability, with its above average base Sp.Atk, it doesn't really need it. It can learn both Draining Kiss and Parabolic Charge, so if you really wanted to exploit its Technician ability you could by teaching it those moves.
