She was a fallen child that was raised with Papyrus and Sans when the 2 were teens, so she's like their little sister, and somehow, someway, Sans and Papyrus showed her how to use Gaster Blasters and bones, however, they had to keep her hidden after the monsters started going after her and other humans' souls.
