welp here we go.
my family probably found out about my SH and i feel guilty whenever i vent.. i feel like everyone irl is giving me a false sense of security.. i just need to be able to show the feelings on the inside not the fake ones.. my irl friend jason has been acting like a fake friend. alot of stuff is going on...

About your parents open up to them tell them, why you do it. I wanna Chalenge you take what ever you are using for SH and put it away where it belongs! If thats to hard tell someone you trust! and maybe, (if this isnt already done) Maybe ask one of your parents if you could tryout therapy! I do it and it helps me not think of Harming myself so try to explain to one of your parents that you might need help to deal with those thoughts.

And about your feeling maybe find a way to be more open therapy will help with that too.

If you don't wanna tell another adult then I PROMISE I am a safe choice!
