A new character for my comic!
His name is Toxin, he is a Blue-ringed octarian.
He is very skilled in combat, so he was a higher ranked octarian, an was given kelp to wear on his head.
He fell into the deepsea metro and was tasked with finding six thangs. In one station, a Sanitized Inkling was controlled to give him a sanitizing shot. He tripped and the Inkling luckily only got his arm. Idk, more lore will be discovered in the comic!!
