Drakkon's Mega Charizard X in its Limit Breaker state, which allowed it to easily defeat Cynthia's Mega Garchomp. Normally Mega Evolution and Limit Breaker are a very dangerous combination, but Drakkon was never one to train his Pokémon via conventional methods, pushing his Charizard's body to the brink of collapse to perfect both Mega Evolution and Limit Breaker. This being the result of that training; a ferocious and near-unstoppable force of destruction.

Yeah, I know, but the concept of Limit Breaker is, in short, a technique that pushes the user's body to the peak of its physical capabilities, pushing out whatever untapped power is within. (Think of something like Master Roshi's buff mode.) However this technique's drawback is that its physically draining and can permanently damage the user's body. (Similar to the Kaioken.)

Oooo, interesting! I can imagine if this were real in a Pokemon game it'd probably drain either HP or stats or something

@EmeraldGalaxy
Maybe HP, but I don't know if I'd want to implement this as a mechanic in my fangame project.
