When doggos want something, and you say no they go and sit sulkily in the corner of the room, and sigh loudly trying to get your attention. They continue to sigh and if the sighing doesn't work they let out a little whine. Once they have your attention they give you the eyes. Eventually you give them what they want.That's their tactic.
