The eyes are the best part!
But I wonder how it would look if everything was just as detailed as the eyes... Maybe try adding more shading - particularly highlights - to the clothing and the hair... They look quite flat in comparison to the eyes.
Would also like to see more definition in the hair... It looks like one giant blob right now.
