The ports indicated when I try them they are too big and the end of the cables are too small.

They indicate that I should use the ports below the 3 coloured ports but it is as above.

Do I need a usb-c adapter to connect my drawing tablet cables to my tower.

I want to emphasize this next point and finish with some question(s).

Both my computers are down as in they have no internet connection as I have had to turn it off as they are both lacking internet security.

One expired my laptop.

The one that is supposed to be on my gaming pc seems to have disappeared of the face of the Earth...

It's McAfee btw...I don't know what happened to that either tbh..

As such this is the only way I can contact anyone for help at all. :(

I am at a total loss and I have explained about the ports to XP Pen but she just indicates the same ones again...

What version of windows do you have?

As to the type of usb cable you need, you have full size usb ports? And the cable is smaller? Is it smaller at both ends?

From looking at info on line it appears that there is supposed to be a USB to USB C adapter in the box that you can put on a USB cable.

I very new to having a gaming pc and with my laptop its internet security app, is right there on the left when I put in my password and I am used to that set up, I expected the same tbh. 0//0

I assume it is Windows 11 as when I looked it up it said Windows 11 23H2???

The XP Pen service said to use the ports below the 3 coloured round ports, as I stated before but I just looked and they are a somewhat different shape from the biggest cable that came with the tablet.

As such it does not fit where they suggest I put it, so I resorted to putting it where it ctd below

Actually fits, so now the XP Pen driver is no longer saying to connect them as it did before.

There is recognition of the pen where I touch it to the surface of the tablet but I am also getting a Red crossed out circle and no mark being made.

Also despite the pen recognition the tablet itself still turns on says "no signal" and goes back into sleep mode???

I also don't know how to find mirror display on the XP Pen driver and would need step by step help with that too.

Have you installed a driver for the device?

For mirroring try the following:
Hit the Windows key and the P key at the same time.
It should then give options to
-use pc screen only
-duplicate
-extend
-use 2nd screen only.
Select duplicate.

@tall73 Ty for your advice, it did pop up just as you said it would.

I tried it with the XP-Pen driver screen up and nothing happened, I also tried it with the,ToonBoom screen up and still nothing happened.

My tablet is still saying "no signal" and going into sleep mode.

I downloaded the XP-Pen driver that would work with my windows.

Do I have to download a driver according to the model number of my XP-Pen too?

Is there an hdmi or display cable as well?

I have been plugging it into the back of the tower.

I mean if the tablet has an hdmi it also needs to be attached.

@tall73 When I set up my drawing tablet all the cables are plugged into my tablet and the back of my PC's tower.

When I open up ToonBoom all I get is a small red circle with a diagonal line through it, the tablet registers the pen as the aforementioned circle follows the direction I move it in.

However the tablet still goes into sleep mode and does nothing else but follow the direction of my pen even while in sleep mode.

Is there something wrong with the HDMI cable?

I just say ohlala all the time! did you try connecting to another usb input, sometimes usb and usb are not the same :D
