Bushkit was kitted by Swiftgorse with two other littermates. But, sadly, Birdkit died just moments after birth. Seedkit; the runt of the litter died the next morning. Leaf-bare was harsh that year. As an apprentice, Bushpaw was an extremely good hunter, but, a huge bragger. One night, a fox broke into camp and blinded Bushpaw permanatly. This caused Bushpaw to worry that he wouldn't be a good hunter making him quit his warrior training and train to be a medicine cat.
