Fun Fact: the toxic chain changed the loyal 3, into something stronger, smarter, prettier, to represent this change with kieran they put a yellow toxic chain to hold up his hair, to represent his growth in strength, Smarts and looks (AS IN ITIMIDATION)

His utter obsession with and resentment towards the player (Us) lead him to push himself to great lengths to achieve greater power. I was honesty expecting a Majin Vegeta-like situation during the Mochi Mayhem epilogue where Pecharunt would possess Kieran by tapping into any resentment he had leftover, awakening a new power within him in a last-ditch effort to stop the player from thwarting its plans.
