Here's Jitters in color! I havn't quite decided if I like his skirt/coller color yet or not, But they are both white for now.
I have also decided he has OCD as an anxiety disorder for him.
Also, he can be expressive with his eye's, but nit his mouth, his mouth stays in place like that.

I draw Jitters quite a bit out side of color's, so he's not just sitting there.
He might be one of the few oc's I've actually quite drawn a bit more often then not, he a silly lil dude
