This is a #spiritwing named, Cyclone. Ever since he crash-landed in the ocean 5,500 years ago, he can create water-based storms. Since he is transparent, he can easily vanish from sight (within the water), and appear to change his form. His body tends to reflect light (like water does). He is very protective of his ocean friends.
