Ok for starters you may wanna use a bit of a cooler tone for the greens in her design, since introverts are usually more associated with cooler colors
And in general muting the colors isn't a bad idea since someone who wants to show that they keep to theirself wouldn't wanna draw attention with loud colors
You mentioned her enjoying Destiny 2 so putting an indicator of that on her (like her shirt in my suggestion) would be a nice little detail

I mainly talked about the color palette since the image isn't full body but when it comes to posing try to show that she's introverted and stuff like having her arms crossed, maybe a bit of a slouch, head down, etc
Another thing with the colors is you really only have two or three distinguishable values which I tried to change in the edits so there's a bit more variety

I'd recommend making her silhouette mostly consist of circles and a few triangles going by her personality traits that you gave
