Oh, well in a few years we'll be able to use Batman as long as he's in black & white. (and no modern villains like Joker, Catman, Condiment King, King Tut, Clock King, Harely Quinn, Owlman, Red Hood, Manbat, Deathstroke, Batmite, Royal Flush, Mad Mod, The Eraser, Lex Luthor)
Just beware of British copyright law. It's complicated.
