for me ive been stressed
and i found out i will only to see my th3rap!st (idk why colors doesnt like that word) as often as i need bc my brother is taking almost all my sessions so now i only see her once a month and thats really upsetting to me bc i need to see her every week or else ik something bad will happen (something kinda bad already did happen when i found out. im not sure if imma be 100% like in one peace if i only see her once a month) idk its not a good situation.
