also how do i add layers? plz and thank you

if you are in the color menu where you pickcolors and shades
under you will find like a set full of blue and grey buttons, then you will find the button that looks like the "play" on youtube
then to the left you will see a button right next to the play button a little button with rectangles layering on top of each other
that is the layer button
and sorry if I'm confusing :)

or just look under where the colors are to find a rectangle with other rectangles layering under
that might be a simpler version
