the show contains a decent amount of gore, and some disturbing subjects.
yes, this show was made for KIDS.
But this show wasn't ever intended for children. the creator didnt know that the network was for kids, but surprisingly, the parents didn't complain about it, so it stayed on the network.

However, the goreish show couldn't get away with everything, as 2 episodes had got banned from being on air.
One was too v1olent for even the shows standards, and the other got banned for having the characters playing "the kn1fe game" with each other (where you see how fast u can stick a kn1fe between your fingers) and parents feared that their children would imitate in real life.
even though not all episodes survived the ban hammer, the other 37 (plus that one special) all made it on air!

besides the banned episodes, parents and children enjoyed this show around the world.
and much profit was made off of the show.
the show is still beloved to this day.
