So basically I couldnt sleep at all last night because I had the worst period cramps :sob: So when I finally got to sleep, guess what my dream was about? Being on my period at school. So in the dream I asked to the teacher if I could go to the toilet (bc of my . ) and he said yes. So I got there and then I woke up. Blood was everywhere on my bed, and idk if I p!ssed myself too :sob: (bc i normally need to pee when my flow is heavy) and theres a patch of blood on my bed *cont*

@-Pretty_Pink- ibroprofen helps with cramps (Those rzndom medicine tablets) Hot water bottles, so does water. For heavy months wne sleeping put a pad on the front and back so it doesnt leak
