The pin-tailed manakin (Ilicura militaris ) is a species of birds endemic to Eastern cost of Brazil. The males have a bright white neck, chest, auriculars, and flanks. They have black and dark-green wings, with a pin shape tail that has a small fork near the tip and most easily identified by their characteristically vibrant red fore-crown and rump. The females are a muted green, except for their neck and auriculars—which are light grey, and their crème colored chest.

What a cute bird. : ) I'd love to travel to parts of the world where animals are so bright and colorful. Where I'm from, most animals feels a bit mute in color.

Im thinking rn '' I REALLY WANA DRAW SOMETHING LIKE THIS wate but thats copying art....''
16 Dec, 2023, 3:29 am
@Koraidon Nah, no art is fully original. It's all inspired by something. So, you don't have to worry about copying anyone... Unless it's an original character and you're claiming it as you're own. Then you're in trouble.

@hannahwallbank thank you
@MaggieSue327 a lot of browsing. And stores it somewhere. And forget it. :))
@The_Adjudicator you'll need a lot of money to do that.
@Koraidon yeah @Mewsea 's right. Don't worry. it's good if you can copy exactly like this. ;]

@Acchan
I do have plenty enough money saved up for inter-continental travel. I had plans to go on vacation to Japan again last Summer, but ended up putting it off because I couldn't find someone to go with me, and I didn't want to go alone.
If you're willing to meet up with me and show me around, I'd consider taking a trip to Indonesia, but I don't know anything about your home country aside from what I learned following your Gallery.

ah i see, like all those screenshots i've taken that i'm *totally* going to draw one day- so they must'nt be deleted

@The_Adjudicator Indonesia is pretty big archipelago country. Most popular/famous/mainstream destination is Bali Island, best for cultural (Hinduism) and natures (beaches). And mainland is Java island, Jakarta(capital city) and Jogjakarta best for culture (in general) and historical site (colonial buildings, temple) then some mountain for hiking.
Hiking and snorkeling also recommended to do, (but I'm not good at outdoor activities).

@Acchan
I really should get around to learning more about Indonesia. Nature and wild life is what I like most about studying abroad, but I also want to learn the culture and customs.
What should a tourist learn first before visiting?, and what is considered polite and respectful? These are the things I want to learn first.

@The_Adjudicator -Borneo and Papua is good if you're looking for nature and wild life, but it's kinda hard to access.
-Lombok island and komodo island is near to Bali. Many tourisms spot too.
-Sumatra island and java island has many active-non volcano, culinary, historical site.
In general we're very open up/friendly towards tourist /foreigners, just be careful in some places-sometimes there are vendors/sellers forcing you to buy.
As long as aware with surrounding and locals, there are no specific rules, maybe to 'play safe' wearing long pants/jeans/bottoms is recommended.
