ihave a problem with biting on my fingers
and im listening to mama mia rn idk why i dont normaly do this- mama mia reminds me of my friend.. i thought se cared, but then she turned and laughed st my panic attack.. calling the cause of it stupid.. i hsve asthma as well so panic attacks are never pretty- and she just laughed.. my best friend.. what happened was really serious to me.. and you said it was stupid to worry and laughed.your the procrastinater..dont even.

@Luna_Cookie ya thanks.. it just that my parentd thought i was doing drugs and honestly might still and when i went to her she laughed at me and called it stupid.. she legit said "my cracking up rn-"
i was having an asthma attack! like wth!

It's okay, when that is happening, try and calm down, okay? If you can't calm down, try to think of something else, get your mind of of whats happening, and do something to get your mind off of biting.
