im scared to go back to my moms when she finds that my grades are still bad im afraid she'll hurt me.Also at school i had to take this survey to see if yoy have depression and it said i most likely did i got 5/7 except i lied about the ones about ever tryng/thinking of ending myself so yeah i wouldve gotton 7/7 but i didn't want the school to bother me- :/

Our school does the same. But it doesn't ask abt ending ourselves, it asks more like
Do you feel safe?
Do you like your peers?
And so on.
