It's sad, the numbe of people out there that do not really understand their true value in the sight of God.
I've heard once the inquiry given: "what is the worth of a soul?" be given this profound reply, which I will paraphrase a little: "The worth of a soul is equal to their capacity to measure up to the fullness of the stature of Christ". (see Ephesians 4:11-13) (see also 1 John 3:1-3)
