also, from what i remember, art theft can land you in prison for 5-10 years, right?? i remember hearing that somewhere, but it was quite a bit ago, and my memory gets hazy sometimes

plus, technically speaking, they did steal someone's art, which is constituated as art theft, which in the US, is a federal crime, and can lead to jail time.
i may have to look more into art theft, and legalities.
