When Jesus was inquired of regarding the greatest commandment, he replied to them that the first is the greatest (Love God with all your heart, mind, might, and soul). Interestingly, he then added "the second is like unto it" (Love your neighbor as yourself)
Do you see in that second commandment_two commands? Not only to love your neighbor, but also to love yourself.
Loving yourself, one might presume, is equal part the second most important thing to God you can do with your life.
