Finally decided to draw a shiny whispeon. I chose these colors because they were the ones I used on my very first drawing of whispeon (about 5 years ago). Hope you like it! :)

You can get one by leveling up your eevee at night while it's holding a pierced bone. The only other way is to catch one, but they're really rare and they might sneak up on you :)

The shiny form is cool! I wish Whispeon could be in the poke'mon games. I would get a Whispeon on my team.
