It seems you like to draw brightly colored cats. Are you familiar with complimentary colors? Perhaps you could try drawing a cat with two tones such as blue and yellow, green and red, or purple and orange?
Personally, my favorite color combo would be primarly white, with blue features, and gold embezzlement. It's a bit advanced, but it won't hurt to try something challenging for practice.
