im currently suffering from horrible anxiety!!!
i feel like i tick ppl off! i literally have a fear of making ppl angry!
i feel like someones watching me!
i feel like ppl want me gone!
im struggling to find even one bit of self decency!
self hate at an all time high!
bleeding at an alarming rate!
i dont think i Shouldve let the shiny blade run through my skin but it just feels SO GOOD!!!!!
why do you guys try to stop me when im worth NOTHING????

ive been under alot of stress latly, im always getting pushed around or minipulated! i try to get time to breathe but theres always something on my back! ik its not a good way to releave stress but i cant help it! i cant even trust myself anymore!

try your best to clear your mind. calm down by doing and focusing on the things you love. (art, chatting, etc.) dont focus on anything else besides things that make you happy.
