This is good practice!
Your teeth are well shaped, and you include such details as the creases in the surface of the bottom lip.
As for tips, I would start with the following: You have a relatively flat value scale. Part of achieving a realistic look is showing convincing 3d form through shadow and light. So your drawing of the teeth and lips, etc. are a good start. However, you need a defined light source that then results in cast shadows, rounding of form as it turns from the light ,etc. So lighter lights, darker darks, to show the form are a good next step.
Also, the top line of the lips is a bit round. This seems to be more of a simplified concept of lips instead of an actual example of lips. For stylized work it is fine. If your goal is to push the realism then get a photo of lips with strong light and shadow and paint the shadows and light, rather than what you think of a lips shape being.
