Honestly it's a good decision, the internet is a strange place where you can see all kinds of things (and colors is no exception).-At 13 years old your brain continues to develop, what happens in that period of time will affect the way you perceive/do things for the rest of you life.
I've had access to the internet since I was 8 years old, and you don't know how much I regret it, maybe you should consider staying away from the internet (or just social media) until you're a little older.
