charlie is the one that actually draws everything but doesn't canonically know everyone thats where null (and his assistance) come in together they actually watch over/take care of all the ocs in this void like space.
the assistant (who actually has a full name), Velvet Vant likes to put little sticky notes with faces on nulls head (which shes fine with) to help show emotions on the emotionless face
