i hate having adhd i hate it i cant focus im so stupid no matter how hard i work i just end up failing.i wish i could cure my stupid annoying bain and just be normal like everyone else.

i have ADHD too, although im lower on the spectrum, but i understand how it feels to want to focus hard on something and get a bad result, i know how it feels to want to focus on something but get distracted, i get it, but don't be too harsh on yourself, take your time, be gentle with yourself, its ok to be different, we are all a rainbow. but this may not help and thats ok, i just want you to know you're not alone there are many other people who share the same problem.

Whoever the heck is telling you that you are stupid because of your ADHD is wrong.
Dead. Wrong.
In fact, it's not that you don't flcus, it's that you're focusing on the stuff that might not be right in front of you, or what others want you to focus on.
And, kid, it's always okay to ask for help.
You aren't stupid for having ADHD.
You're perfect the way you are. :sparkles:
