When bubbles brings the kids a treat she's surprised to find rainy has used shorbert's ice powers to turn her room into a snowy playground and left him with no energy to play bubbles realizes rainy is getting older thus she gets grounded and reacts by tossing the tray of sweets #RainingBubbles
