What did Fizz do that made him almost get arrested by Sonic?

Well, he's been illegally shipping some characters, like Hawkodile (From Unikitty) and Surge (From Brawl Stars).

And I'm officially confirming that Fizz's body is indigo. I decided that a while ago, but didn't find an opportunity to state it. :P Also suddenly Fizz's legs aren't gonna slip.
