@mcollins oh for sure! usually with more detailed pieces, i feel like it helps the details pop more. Or if its a sketch, it makes it more lively :)

Yeah, I feel like I always lose the main focus by over-working the details sometimes. Focusing on colour to draw the eye is a good idea I haven't really thought of
