mom refused to fall in love with anyone else. but then his sister deid to a deadly snake when they were playing and dragonets and left the hives with out a heir to the throne. everyone hates darner because in their eyes hes a mistake. he should have been the one to get bitten not his sister. he should have died not her. darner knows he hated by the enter kingdom and has grown cold because of it pushing away anyone who cares about him and isolating himself from the world. no one can hurt him if
