..One day, a mysterious witch visit in Serelund. Ween told his greatest longing to walk freely every night, just like the villagers.
The witch granted Ween's heartfelt wish, but warned of the consequence: "I'll grant your wish to walk from midnight till dawn but for every step you take, a seed of illness will be sowed".
Undeterred, Ween accepted the gift eagerly. That very night, he roamed the village, knocking door to door asking the children to play outside. On the other while, seemed to be put under spells their parents slept soundly. With boundless joy, they playing games and sharing laughter every night.
Days turned into weeks, and their joy soon turned to sorrow as the children fell ill, their bodies weakened by fever..
