So basically Im lazy and I dont want to draw the other eye. Is there a way to flip one part of the painting?

You can draw the eye on its own layer, duplicate it, then use the select move tool to flip it but doing that can sometimes make them look cross-eyed

@Pineapple-Star yes! i was was being kinda dumb at first and couldnt figure out how to flip it but after about 1 minute i did it
