I like Little King John from the youtube series "Rat Boy Genius Dreams Minecraft", you should check it out if you like good music and quirky animations.

He is kinda sinister and has a streetchy neek, and he just stare at the camera with his buggy eyes, I imagine if the models were more exprssive then he would still have a weirdly stiff face most of the time because it fits him and how much of a creepy and interesting character he is.
