i have an idea as well. if you need to: phone Childrens Help Phone. they are phone line center that helps minors with any problems they make have like, any abuse or like if you have some sort of disorder/mental illness and need support/help (that fam cant or wont deal with)
if you still got that phone, look up the number and phone it.
also if you get caught, i suggest saying to fam to you going to phone a friend or order food or something and still phone Childrens Help Phone in your room with the door closed so fam dont hear. but also phone a pal/get food so fam so that way you tecnicly did what you said you would. and so they wont distrust you even more.

i feel bad you got caught.
just know, even if your fam isnt supporting you, you do have people here on Colors who do. there are people who care very much about you, as you can see by the comments on here. so dont give up hope. hopefully something positive will happen soon.
