also- if you're art is stressful, when it's supposed to calm you down, what's the point??
don't worry about your art 'looking bad', or 'not being good enough', because when you get right down to it, you're the only one who sees the 'flaws'
everyone else just sees the beauty,
i've been there -not liking my own art-
i wish i could give you advice,
perhaps, step back- figure out what you don't like... then in prove to where you do like it...

this is very beautiful i never met u but u can always take a break and i have that problem as well when i dont give much credit to my self but i just saying art is worth making mistakes but thats how we learn to get better at what we are making and i hope this advice will help u in the future.^v^ good luck!
