Lilli's a medic, and her most frequent visitor is Elias. He always comes to her specifically with bruises and scratches, but never explains how and why.

He just comes in, asks for her to help him out, maybe chats with her a little, and then leaves.

Lilli asks him occasionally how he got hurt without going on any missions, but he just gets this blank stare and goes silent.
