(Suicide/SH Trigger)

Suicide is when you "get rid of" yourself. Self harm (SH) is the practice of hurting yourself intentionally. Many people have commited suicide or have done SH. Some of the people who have done this have an unescapable feeling of depression and sadness. I have a suicidal friend. All I can do is help.
