This lil' guy's name is Billy the Rabbit Boy; a fluffy, energetic, and kind boi with ice powers for some reason idk

His design has been in flux recently, but that makes sense considering I designed him two years ago at THREE IN THE MORNING by stapling floppy ears on a drawing of myself

If I just had a regular sleep routine, I wouldn't have ever thought to do that, but this guy's very important to me, so I'm glad I couldn't sleep!
