Here's Solar. Unfortunately, while trying to save Sunny and a few others, he suffered the effects of radiation. An since the radiation effects every victim differently, Solar's effect was that his personality changed, he acts like a monster and the scientists had to trap his hands and feet so he couldn't hurt them.
