She's adorable! I love the thick rounded lineart and clean shading! The hairstyle is great as well, with the asymmetry from the sidetail. Also loving the yellow theme with contrasting eyes.
The eyes seem to be just a bit too big for the head, though, and the outer ends of the mouth could be curved up more if you're going for a smile. The only other thing I can think of is that you might want just one blush- either the lines or the circles- as these look odd on top of each other, but that's a matter of personal preference.
