read the poem:
find a river,find the reflection and set it free,call out its name: Rose Of The Divine,once you call its name then tell it that it can trust you,if put in the wrong hands then will the peace break.

ps:this is my warrior cats oc ok ;-; so please don't say "its already a thing" because it kinda hurts me feelings,plus i like the way the character is..but theres barely any ideas.
