So, quick updqte. As you may ave guessed, I finally settled on the idea to get the full version of Colors for Nintendo Switch. The turning point on that decision was this little feature discovery playing around in the demo. I would like to continue experimenting on ways to render my paintings as 3D m9dels, landscapes, scenes, etc..

For now though, I'm going to take a little break from large scale projects to familiarize myself with this new system, while I wait on the arrival of a Sonar pen.

Oh yeah, and I included a few of my Colors3D paintings in this tag ( #Switch3D) Which do not have a broken/exceeded playback if you would like to view those in 3D using the method(s) in the description. Just be aware that they are not optimised for viewing as seperate layers on systems other than a Nintendo 3DS. This works on all paintings with a functional playback.

interesting... how does that work? i like colors on the Switch but i still think 3DS is my favorite. Switch can give you way more detail since you can zoom a lot and have a large screen to work with but i like how quick i can be on the 3DS. Both have their uses though!

@JJMAwaken In Colors 3D, you can rotate the image on the top screen by holding any direction on the circle pad while watching the playback, but you have no control over the angle or direction. On Switch, it works similarly, but you can rotate the image in any direction, almost 9O degrees.
I'm not about to retire my 3DS quite yet. There's still some ideas I want to try which can't be done on Switch, plus it helps browsing Colorslive logged in on two systems. I do also like how easy 3D is to work with. The UI and button mapping is more optimised in my oppinion.

I'm guessing pfp is profile picture? I'm a bit behind the generation when it comes to most text abrevations, so forgive me there.
I'm a bit backed up on my to-do list, but I'll consider making it in a timely manner. I'll let you know when I am able to get around to it.
